Tofu Mug Cake

You want a warm snack, but don't want to go through the trouble. That is why I often make "mug cakes" in the winter. It is a simple cake made by mixing ingredients in a single mug and heating it in the microwave.
The standard ingredients are pancake mix and eggs, but did you know that tofu is also delicious? Here is a recipe that also cuts down on calories and carbohydrates.

Tofu and pancake mix should be roughly 1:1 in g. Adjust according to the size of your mug.40 g silken tofu (no need to drain)
40 g pancake mix
2 teaspoons salad oil
*Oil can be olive oil or butter
Directions
Combine tofu, pancake mix, and salad oil in a mug and mix until powdery.Cover with fluffy plastic wrap and microwave (500W) for 2 minutes. If it looks raw when removed, add 30 seconds at a time and see how it turns out.
Done! It doesn't look great because there are some tofu grains scattered in the mixture, but this doesn't affect the taste.
How does it taste?
Moist and chunky, almost like steamed bread. The tofu flavor disappears and the salad oil gives it a rich flavor.As is, the sweetness is light and tastes good with a meal. If you want sweetness, add sugar when cooking or adjust later with syrup or sauce. If you have a little extra tofu, try this.
