I tried the FamilyMart limited ice bar "Andico Tapioca Berry Berry". Even though the tapioca inside is frozen, I am surprised by the chewy texture of Punipuni.


The selling price is 166 yen (excluding tax), and the calorie is 93 kcal per bottle. A sauce containing the pulp of three types of berries, strawberry, blueberry, and cranberry, and strawberry juice are kneaded into it.


It has a particularly strong scent of strawberries, but with the addition of other berries, it has a complex taste. It's fun to have the texture of the flesh here and there when you bite.


The black ball mixed with the red sorbet is tapioca. It contains not only so-called real tapioca starch made from cassava but also konjac flour.


Tapioca with konjak flour is very elastic and it's easy to feel that it's a little different, but I don't think it's bad for this popsicle.

It's different from the chewy tapioca in milk tea, but the chewy texture is very fresh even when frozen. The difference from the sherbet part is a very interesting contrast.

It's also comfortable to roll with your tongue along with the sweet berry flavor that melts as you eat, and you can enjoy it until the end.
