The mikan sherbet, mikan sauce, white bean paste, and mochi are layered to create a flavor similar to that of mikan daifuku from a Japanese confectionery shop. Only domestically produced Onshu mandarin oranges are used to make the mikan ingredients. The mikan sorbet is made to the standard of ice cream, so it can be enjoyed refreshingly even in summer. The mikan sauce contains 45% domestically produced Onshu mikan juice and pulp for a fresh and juicy taste.
