At Nagasaki Champon's "Ringer Hut", a thin-skinned gyoza set meal of 370 yen (tax included) per meal was started for lunch only, so I ate it immediately. A reasonable set of 7 thin-skinned gyoza with rice, soup, and pickles. It is Otsu to taste Gyoza with plenty of Yuzukosho.


The "Ringer Lunch" series of lunch menus that can be ordered from August at all Ringer Hut stores in Japan except Okinawa until 16:00 in the evening. Among them, the "thin-skinned gyoza set meal" is the lowest price at 370 yen. Moreover, according to the prior notice, the number of thin-skinned dumplings that came with it was 5, but it has been increased to 7 at the same time as the menu is available. In addition, rice can be served in large quantities.


Ringer Hut's Gyoza is a dish that originally has a strong meaning as a side menu of Champon. Therefore, it is a little small and the skin is thin, so you can pick it up with chopsticks and squeeze it into your mouth. The outside is crispy and the inside is plump and juicy.


If you leave it as it is, it will be a very gentle seasoning, but if you add the sauce of gyoza on the table and the yuzu pepper that is carried on the tray, it will be spicy and it will be perfect as a side dish of rice. By the way, Ringer Hut's Yuzukosho is fragrant, but the spiciness is suppressed, and you can enjoy it with plenty of sauce and dipping it in gyoza.


Satisfactory amount and taste for lunch. However, it was a strange experience to come to Ringer Hut and eat something other than Nagasaki Champon.
