In KALDI, I found "Giving back curry" with an impressive package. By adding it to your curry, you can enjoy "gorgeous and unforgettable taste". One bag contains 40g (1.41oz) (for 5 to 6 dishes), and the purchase price is 540 yen (tax included).
This is the "spice mix" that Shigesato Itoi of Hobonichi thought about. Mr. Itoi, who loves curry and has been through trial and error, came up with the idea of "adding an original spice mix based on Roux's curry" as "my favorite curry." The reputation of "Itoi's Spice Mix" was so good that "Curry Giving Back" was commercialized in collaboration with Mascot Foods in 2013.
Easy to use. Just make the curry in the usual way, turn off the heat at the final stew stage, and add "Give back the curry"! Heat it again and boil it for a while.
Also, lightly fry the spices in an oiled frying pan before adding them to make them more fragrant. You can add as much as you like, but it is recommended that you first add about 1 tablespoon to a pot and adjust while watching the taste. If it's a hassle, you can sprinkle it on the curry served as it is.
We use 12 kinds of spices: cardamom, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, pink pepper, cloves, chili peppers, laurel, fennel, fenugreek, and lemongrass. The method of grinding is changed for each spice so that you can enjoy the crunchy texture when you eat it.
■ Tasting
An appetizing and gorgeous scent that scents softly before eating. The richness, umami, and flavor of many spices add depth to the taste, giving it a luxurious taste like curry eaten at a hotel! It is an accent with a nice crunchy texture of spices that you sometimes feel.By adding it, the flavor will be more gorgeous, but since there is almost no spiciness, it is safe for those who are not good at spicy foods and children ♪ It seems that it is recommended to add a little.
In addition to curry, you can add it to instant noodles, or add it to croquettes and stir-fried vegetables. If you keep a bag in stock, it will be useful for something ♪
