Pokechiki is a bite-sized fried chicken that is crispy fried in a thin coat using fresh chicken breast. It is cut roughly so as not to break the fibers of the meat, and by mixing chicken skin and adding salted koji as a secret ingredient, it is said that the taste is juicy and full of umami.

Each one is about 5 cm in size, and 5 pieces are included in one box. In addition to plain, there are three flavors available: "cheese" seasoned with cheddar cheese and "hot" flavored with special spices on meat and batter.
