I tried the 20th anniversary commemorative product "Langu de Chashu" on sale at Beard Papa's stores. There is a "splash" on the edge of the shoe, which is very crispy and delicious.
The buttery scented langue de chat is placed on the pie shoe dough and carefully baked, which is characterized by the refreshing texture of the langue de chat. The price is 200 yen (tax included) per piece.
Originally, Beard Papa's has a "cookie shoe", but the Langdo Chashu has a more baked confectionery feel.
When you grab it, it has a light texture of the honey on the edge of the shoe, a rich buttery scent, and the biscuits that are often used as gifts in fashionable paper boxes and cans, the cat tongue itself.
The cream is a simple custard with a vanilla scent that goes well with the shoe. The trolley texture contrasts with the crunchy dough, so you can start eating little by little from the edge and not get bored until you reach the center.
The sale of the cat tongue is limited to the end of June.
