Nissin Donbei "Asari and Clam W Shellfish Dashi Udon"

From the NISSIN FOODS cup noodle series "Nissin Donbei", "Asari and Hamaguri W Kaidashi Udon" will be released on April 15th. The estimated price is 180 yen (excluding tax).

This is a seasonal cup udon noodles made from "shellfish dashi", which is gaining popularity as a spring staple. The umami of bonito, dried sardines, and mackerel is finished with soup stock made from two types of shellfish, clams and clams. It seems that the chewy, smooth noodles and "double shellfish dashi" go well together. The ingredients are wakame seaweed, oysters, flower-shaped kamaboko, and green onions.
