Haagen-Dazs will release a new crispy sandwich "Weekend Citron ~ Scorched Butter Lemon Cake ~" on April 9th. The estimated price is 294 yen (tax included).
This is a crispy sandwich inspired by the taste of the refreshing French baked lemon "Weekend Citron". A mellow, charred butter ice cream with a slightly sour lemon custard sauce.
Wrap it in a lemon white chocolate coating and sandwich it with a crispy wafer. Chocolate coating seems to enjoy the moderate bitterness of lemon peel.
