Fried rice in collaboration with Sapporo ramen shop "Sumire". Freshly cooked rice is quickly fried in lard to finish. The ingredients are char siu, roasted egg, and green peas, which are baked in the oven and then simmered to taste. The price is 267 yen.



This is also good ...! Impression that the taste of fragrant soy sauce complements the simple fried rice with salt and pepper. Also, the char siu is insanely delicious. When chewed, it unravels softly, and the umami of the meat and the sweetness of the fat melt.
