Strawberry and pistachio cake-gorgeous tailoring-is milk chocolate with mellow pistachio cream and freeze-dried sweet and sour strawberries. The contrast between the green of pistachio and the red of strawberry is beautiful.


Tiramisu-bittersweet tailoring-is a refreshing bitter chocolate. Inside is a bittersweet coffee ganache and cream with mascarpone cheese layered in a tiramisu style.
