"Oh !! sauce", a collaboration between Osaka's Hankyu Umeda Main Store and Otafuku Sauce, will open on December 5th.

A To go specialty store with the concept of "Let's enjoy the sauce more easily, more fun!" The name of the store is said to include the desire to deliver the surprise and fun of "oh !!" as well as the deliciousness.


The main product, "Okonomi Sauce Manju," is okonomiyaki that can be eaten with one hand by mixing plenty of cabbage with the dashi stock. It contains a solid sauce developed based on your favorite sauce, and when you bite into it, a mellow sauce overflows.


There are 6 types of lineup: "soba", "udon", "curry udon", "spicy soba", "spinach & bacon", and "tomato & cabbage". The diameter is about 7 cm and the price starts from 220 yen.


In addition, "oh !! Special favorite sauce" that is particular about the material is also available. Three kinds of "Grilled chin & grilled shiitake", "Red wine & truffle", "Dates & oyster extract" will be on sale.


The store is located on the 1st basement floor of the Hankyu Umeda Main Store, 8-7 Kakuda-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka.
