"Yukimi Daifuku Hojicha" is on sale from November 5th under the Lotte "Yukimi Daifuku" brand. The estimated price is 180 yen (excluding tax).
This is Yukimi Daifuku, which is made by wrapping roasted green tea ice cream using tea leaves supervised by a tea master from Ito En. Lotte's product development staff, who wanted to develop Yukimi Daifuku with roasted green tea, consulted with ITO EN, which focuses on roasted green tea, and came to a collaboration.

At first glance, the usual round and white Yukimi Daifuku. When you eat it, fragrant ice cream appears from the soft and soft mochi. The mellow taste and fragrance spread at once. You can enjoy the flavor of roasted green tea more firmly than you imagined, and it's insanely delicious!
The softness of mochi is stable
At the center of the ice cream is a sticky roasted green bean paste. The combination of bean paste makes the taste richer. Of course, it has sweetness, but more than that, the umami peculiar to tea remains.
