Kameda Seika will release "Kameda Kaki no Tane Hokkaido Cheese Flavor" on October 1st. The sale period is until the end of October. The estimated price is around 280 yen (excluding tax).

This is a persimmon seed that uses the powder of "Meiji Hokkaido Tokachi Gouda cheese". The mild taste of Gouda cheese and the soy sauce of "Kameda Kaki no Tane" and the taste of kelp and bonito are blended together to create a rich and rich taste. By adding cheese powder not only to the top but also to anyone in soy sauce, the synergistic effect of umami is used to realize the rich umami of cheese that spreads as you chew. The secret ingredient is white miso powder.
