A Japanese-style parfait using autumn-like potatoes. Two types of potatoes of different sizes and purple potato cream are topped as an accent.

・ Kiln-made pudding parfait (298 yen)


A hearty parfait with custard pudding, pudding mousse and caramel layered on top of each other. Increase the amount of pudding and caramel jelly at the bottom to improve the refreshing feeling. You can also enjoy the depth of the taste of caramel jelly and whipped cream.

・ Tiramisu (278 yen)


Tiramisu using Hokkaido mascarpone. You can enjoy a juicy texture with crushed coffee jelly and bitter coffee syrup. The texture is added by the topping of cocoa cookies.
