・ Miyazaki Beni's sweet potato (140 yen, tax included, same below)


A new product in the "Moko" series that uses sweet potatoes, which was also popular last time. The sweet potato cream uses the brand potato "Miyazaki Beni", which is ideal for sweets. The amount of sweet potatoes has been increased by 5% to give it a richer taste.

・ When it comes to Kintoki Monburan and Hojicha Japanese Pafe (297 yen)


A Japanese-style parfait with a variety of "potato sweets". Hojicha mousse with hojicha agar is topped with Kintoki, Mitarashi dango, and Korokoro potatoes.

・ Melting rich tiramisu (270 yen)


Tiramisu with a rich flavor that combines mascarpone and cream cheese. Two layers of mascarpone with a smooth texture and sponge soaked with bittersweet coffee are layered to create a chewy texture.

・ Milk agar made from mandarin oranges made from Hokkaido milk (181 yen)


Milk agar that combines rich Hokkaido milk and mandarin oranges. By increasing the amount of mandarin oranges by 10%, you can feel the taste of mandarin oranges more firmly. It has a rich and refreshing texture.
