Simply freeze the lemon-flavored drink, finish it in a sherbet shape, and place a slice of lemon on it. When I tried it, it was surprisingly easy and the taste was delicious!

This time I prepared Kirin Lemon. Honey and sugar are for a sweet coating of sliced lemons. It's sour as it is.

◆ How to make

Pour lemon juice into an ice tray or vat and freeze in the freezer.


While freezing, slice the lemon into thin slices and put them in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of honey and sugar from above, wrap it, and heat it in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Instant honey lemon is ready!





When the lemon juice freezes, crumble it into sherbet. If you have a shaved ice machine, make use of it.



Serve in a bowl and top with honey lemon to complete! The lemon was small so I put two on it.


Yeah, it tastes lighter than the original Sacre, but it's good! The crispy, refreshing lemon-flavored ice is accented with juicy, sweet and sour sliced lemons and the bittersweet skin. The comfort of soaking into a thirsty throat and a burning body is the same as Sacre.

◆ Honey lemon ice is made

This time, when I tried to reproduce the sacre using Kirin Lemon and Instant Honey Lemon, the result was that honey lemon-flavored shaved ice was created. Certainly this was delicious. However, even though my thirsty throat was moisturized, it did not moisturize my heart ... It's delicious, but after all I like the original Sacre!
