A new menu has appeared at Cafe de Clie. There are three types: "Sol Beige Blue Litch & Lemon", "Jiuqu Amazake Smoothie ~ Apple & Ginger ~", and "Pasta Shirasu and Kujo Negi Soy Sauce Oil Sauce".

Sol Beige Blue Lychee & Lemon (440 yen and up, tax included, same below) is a summery dish with a contrast of yellow and blue of lemon slices toppings. Jiuqu Amazake Smoothie-Apple & Ginger- (450 yen and up) is a smoothie made by combining Jiuqu Amazake with ginger syrup and apple juice for the heat of summer.

Pasta shirasu and Kujo green onion soy sauce oil sauce (starting at 690 yen) is a combination of soft shirasu from Kujo green onion and Suruga Bay with an oil sauce that is based on the taste of soy sauce and dried bonito flakes and has the flavor of roasted onion. Accented with toppings of red pepper and chopped seaweed.
