Country Ma'am Soft Sandwich (Vanilla and Cocoa)" is a soft cookie filled with the exclusive chocolate chips used in Country Ma'am and sandwiched between smooth cream. The vanilla is made with white chocolate cream and the cocoa with chocolate cream.


The dough crumbles and falls apart when you bite into it, and the smooth, rich cream is a perfect match. This would go great with a cup of tea!




Cocoa has a slightly bitter taste. Personally, I found the cocoa cookie to be a little firmer and crunchier than the vanilla.
