"Amaou Croissant" was born from the idea of "I want to express the taste as if I was eating raw Amaou". The protagonist, "Unmelted Amaou Jelly," is said to be made using a newly devised manufacturing method so that it can withstand a 200 ° C (392 ° F) baking kiln while taking advantage of the flavor of Amaou.
