In the memorable year of the 20th anniversary of the birth of "Shirara", a special version for a limited time that has evolved more fluffy has appeared. "Basket-filled cheesecake Unkai Shirara" is the first cheesecake jointly developed by "Gin no Gudo" and "Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo". This is the first time that the sweets that Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo has collaborated with can be purchased at each silver grape store.


The theme is "Enjoy the fluffy" Tokyo Sea of Clouds "dyed in cherry blossoms." Tokyo Unkai is a fantastic view of the sea of clouds that you can enjoy in the garden of Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo. It was created with a faint scent of cherry blossoms in the image of the sea of clouds in spring when the cherry blossoms bloom.


A new, more airy and fluffy texture with fine bubbles fluffy on "white lara". A special "spring cherry scented cherry sauce" that combines the puree of American sour cherry and European griot cherry with a faint scent of cherry blossoms is trapped inside.
