The fine fabric has a moist texture. It's more like a fluffy steamed bread than a baked cheesecake. It's light and it melts in your mouth.


The richness and mellow sweetness of cheese that fills the mouth. Concentrated lemon juice is used, and the aftertaste is somewhat refreshing. Because it was simple, it had a timeless taste, and I almost finished eating the whole hall at once (I stopped because I was afraid of calories ...).
