No coloring, this bright purple!
At Mos Burger in the Kyushu area, "Purple potato shake using purple potatoes from Miyazaki prefecture" will be on sale from January 9th to the end of March 2018 (excluding some stores).
This is a combination of vanilla shake and purple potato sauce using three types of purple potatoes (Ayamurasaki, Murasaki Masari, Akemurasaki) from Miyazaki prefecture. By adding salt to the secret flavor, the sauce is refreshingly finished while enhancing the sweetness of the ingredients. You can enjoy the gentle taste of purple sweet potatoes and the gradation of the taste that mixes with the moderately sweet vanilla shake. No fragrances or colorings are used.
The price is 290 yen for S size and 360 yen for M size, both including tax.
