"Bake & Bakery Shop" is born from "Pacific DRIVE-IN ", a drive-in cafe in Shichirigahama that offers Hawaiian plates. On October 14th, "Pacific BAKERY" also opened in Shichirigahama.

In addition to the original bakery, there is also a shop-in-shop "NAKAMURA GENERAL STORE" by Jun Nakamura, who was in charge of pastries at "Diamond Head Market & Grill" in Hawaii. Scones, cornbread, muffins, pies, cookies, etc. made with his recipe will be developed.

Also, as a limited menu of the shop, there is "Malasada" that reproduces the taste that he is familiar with in Hawaii.


● Scone (330 yen)


The scones are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. You can enjoy the exquisite mixture of dough, fruit and cream cheese. The flavor lineup includes blueberry cream cheese scones, bananas, pineapples, and mangoes. Seasonal scones include oranges, La France, and peaches.

● Malasada (160 yen)


Malasada, a classic Hawaiian donut from Portugal. Reproduce the "local taste" that Jun Nakamura is familiar with in Hawaii. It seems that you can enjoy the freshly fried "fluffy" texture. There are two flavors, sugar and cinnamon.

"Buttermilk bread" (420 yen), "coconut-baked curry bread" (160 yen), "cinnamon roll" (150 yen), "buttermilk bread" using buttermilk used for pancakes at Pacific DRIVE-IN Bread full of originality such as "Mochiko Dog" (320 yen) is lined up.
