Four new autumn products using domestic ingredients are now available at Doutor Coffee Shop. It will be on sale from September 7th.

"Kinako soymilk latte-using Tanba black soybean kinako-" is a Japanese-style latte that combines domestically produced Tanba black soybeans with fragrant and brown sugar from Iriomote Island, Okinawa Prefecture. It is topped with whipped cream and topped with brown sugar sauce and kinako. The price starts from 350 yen for S size (tax included, same below).

"Ehime Kankitsu Straight Juice-Setoka, Haruka, Haruka, Harehime Use-" is a 100% straight juice that is a well-balanced blend of four types of citrus fruits from Ehime prefecture. The characteristics of "Setoka", which has a rich sweetness, "Harumi", which has a high sugar content and moderate acidity, "Haruka", which has a low acidity, and "Harehime", which has an orange-like flavor, are used to make it refreshing. You can enjoy the sweetness and rich aroma. The price starts from 360 yen for S size.


"Crispy chocolate mille crêpes" is a mille crêpes with a crispy texture. Chocolate crepe dough kneaded with coffee powder, chocolate blended with cacao beans from Ghana and Madagascar, and whipped cream using Hokkaido cream are layered by hand. The surface is coated with orange peeled napage and sprinkled with cocoa powder. The price is 390 yen.


"Milan Sandwich Hokkaido Charcoal-grilled Pork" is a Milano sandwich made from Hokkaido pork grilled over charcoal and entwined with a special sweet and spicy sauce. Domestically produced shimeji mushrooms flavored with Japanese pepper and white-haired green onions with a crispy texture are boldly topped, and it seems that you can enjoy it until the end without getting tired. The single item price is 440 yen.
