Ama Chestnuts" are a specialty of Yokohama Chinatown, and new autumn chestnuts will appear again in 2020 at the long-established Guangzhou cuisine restaurant, Yuchinro. The chewy chestnuts are made from specially selected, large-grain ingredients, and are baked slowly and carefully by the hands of artisans.
