Marugen Ramen "Umashio-Shio-Shirate Yuzu and Mitsuba Seared Chicken Soba Noodle" - Slowly roasted pork and tsukune seaweed over high heat

Marugen Ramen has introduced a limited-time spring menu item, "Umashio-Shio-Shirasu Yuzu to Mitsuba no Aburi Chicken Soba". A light broth that allows the flavor of chicken to be enjoyed is used to complement the aroma of the yuzu and mitsuba leaves. The soup is made with umami salt to enhance the aroma and color of the ingredients, making you want to finish every last drop.
