Marugen Ramen will be offering "Seared Chicken Soba with Yuzu and Mitsuba" and "Seafood Gomoku Soba" as limited time menu items starting March 3.

Aburi Chicken Soba with Yuzu and Mitsuba

The "Seared Chicken Soba with Yuzu and Mitsuba" is an annual menu item that has been very popular. The fragrant chashu pork is slowly seared over high heat, and the yuzu and mitsuba add aroma and color to the dish. To complement the toppings, it is paired with a light, umami-salt broth that brings out the flavor of the chicken. It is said to be a drink that makes you want to finish every last drop. The price is 869 yen (including tax, same as below).

Kaisen Gomoku Soba

The "Kaisen Gomoku Soba" is made with shrimp, squid, meat, and colorful vegetables simmered in a thickened, aged soy sauce-based broth and served hot. It is said to be a satisfying new menu item with many ingredients. The selling price is 913 yen.

Both of these products are available at Marugen Ramen Hatsudai and Marugen Nisei stores. Some stores may not carry this product.
