Seijo Ishii's "Black Hojicha with Ganjine from Kyoto Prefecture" is refreshingly fragrant and uses tea leaves selected by the Taishoen Tea Shop.
I actually purchased and drank the "Black Hojicha with Kyoto Ganjine" sold by Seijo Ishii. The tea is made from tea leaves produced by Taishoen Chasho, which has a history of more than 100 years in Uji-Tawaracho, Kyoto Prefecture, the birthplace of green tea.
