The new pies "Strawberry and Berry" and "Bouillabaisse with plenty of seafood" will be released on December 1st at the Little Pie Factory Hiroo store, which specializes in freshly baked pies. Both were developed under the theme of "a pie that colors the gorgeous holiday season."


Strawberries and berries are madeleine dough made from black tea, which is a fragrant puff pastry. On top of this, cream with the scent of rose and fruits such as strawberries and raspberries are placed to give it a gorgeous appearance.


On the other hand, the bouillabaisse with plenty of seafood is a pie inspired by the local cuisine of the fisherman town in southern France, "bouillabaisse". It is said that you can enjoy the delicious taste of seafood by stuffing large cut shrimp, crab and scallops in a pie.


The price is 480 yen each (tax included). The sale period is until December 29th.
