The galettes at the store are made from Shinshu-produced buckwheat flour. As a cafe during the day and a bistro at night, you can enjoy meal-type and sweets-type galettes.

The wrap galette released this time is offered in a "wrap style" where the galette can be eaten with one hand. In addition to the popular "Complet (egg, ham, Gruyère cheese)", the menu includes "Homemade curry sauce with chicken fillet and root vegetables" and "Vegetable (6 kinds of vegetables, vinegar dressing)". The complet also comes with 6 types of tomatoes (starting from 100 yen including tax) that you can customize, such as tomatoes, cheese, and mashed potatoes.

In addition, sweets-type galettes will also be provided. There are two types, "seasonal galette (currently Mont Blanc)" and "chocolate banana", and the chocolate banana can be topped with granola (200 yen including tax).
