Sweets using "Uji Matcha" will be released on May 22 at each Chateraise store. The new product lineup consists of four products: "Fluffy Matcha Batadora", "Double Cream Puff Early Summer Picked Uji Matcha", "Uji Matcha Milk Pudding", and "Gyokuro and Matcha Ice Bar".

The fluffy matcha butter dora is a matcha-flavored dorayaki sandwiched with home-cooked bean paste using Hokkaido azuki beans and butter cream using Uji matcha. Dorayaki skin is made by mixing eggs, sugar, and powder in an exquisite ratio and baking it slowly while trapping water, giving it a soft, moist texture that disappears in the mouth. The price is 86 yen.


Double cream puff Early summer picked Uji matcha is a cream puff that you can enjoy two flavors: matcha custard cream using Uji matcha and fresh cream with a refreshing aftertaste. You can enjoy the elegant bitterness of matcha and the rich milk flavor at the same time. The price is 108 yen.


Uji Matcha Milk Pudding is a "Japanese-Western eclectic" pudding that uses Uji Matcha, red bean paste, and fresh cream. The elegant sweetness of the home-cooked red bean paste and the milkiness of the fresh cream will further enhance the taste of matcha. You can fully enjoy the characteristic "rich aroma, flavor, and sharp bitterness" of Uji matcha. The price is 108 yen.


The gyokuro and matcha ice bar is a “genuine” Japanese sweet ice cream that uses carefully selected Uji tea. A fragrant and mellow Uji gyokuro popsicle wrapped in a bittersweet and refreshing Uji matcha ice cream. The combination of frozen dessert and ice cream is said to have a refreshing aftertaste while having the richness of milk. The price is 68 yen per bottle and 348 yen for 6 bottles.
