The name of the store is based on the two meanings of "Granny", which means "Granny" and "Granny Smith", which is the most commonly used green apple variety for apple pie in Europe and the United States. The apple pies that are lined up in stores and have a wide variety of tastes and appearances are all handmade, and apples procured directly from affiliated farmers are used.


The Yokohama store that will open this time is the third store following the Mishuku and Aoyama stores in Tokyo. Antique furniture is arranged in a woody interior to match the historic Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse. It is a space with a warm atmosphere like "Grandma's house in the American countryside" which is the world of "Granny Smith".


In addition to the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse limited apple pie, which is perfect for souvenirs, the store also has a limited menu for eat-ins and drinks such as "Apple Cobbler" and "Apple Quiche." In addition, as an opening commemorative novelty, an original mini tote will be presented to the first 100 people who used more than 3,000 yen including tax from the opening on April 7.
