Tottori Shin Gansen Tart

This tart uses "Shinkansen," a new variety of pear born in Tottori Prefecture. Light custard cream and almond cream are squeezed onto a damande tart base and decorated with grape and nuts to create an autumnal tart. Priced at 520 yen (tax included, same below).

Apple pie with Aomori Fuji apples to be scooped and eaten

A light caramel-flavored custard cream and sponge are decorated with caramelized apples made from Aomori Fuji apples. This unusual apple pie can be eaten by scooping it with a chocolate pie served on the side. The price is 480 yen.

LOOK Milk Parade Praline Milk Cream Puff

These cream puffs are made to resemble the praline milk flavor of "LOOK (Milk Parade)". Milk chocolate custard cream is filled with praline cream with hazelnuts. Price: 160 yen.
