From the beer cafe "IBeer Le Sun Palm Shibuya Hikarie" (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) where you can enjoy craft beer, the menu "O'DEN Meet the Brooklyn" and "Seafood Provence" with "Oden" arranged will be on December 9th. It will be released on the same day. Limited time until February 28, 2015.


"O'DEN Meet the Brooklyn" is an oden inspired by the "hot dogs" and "pastrami sandwiches" you see on the streets of Brooklyn, USA. Beef bouillon with mustard and white wine is combined with pork confit, meatballs, sausages, onions, potatoes and eggs. The faint scent of rosemary adds freshness to the flavor and richness.

On the other hand, "O'DEN Seafood Provence" is an oden inspired by the specialty dish "bouillabaisse" of Marseille, southern France. A saffron-flavored soup with plenty of tomato and seafood flavors is combined with cod, shrimp, mussels, tomatoes, radishes, and eggs.

The price is 2,980 yen each. Also, for those who want to eat a little, "half size" (1,980 yen each) for 2 people is also available.

The store is located on the 7th floor of Shibuya Hikarie, 2-21-1, Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 23:30 and Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00.
