The freshly baked pie specialty store "Little Pie Factory", which is handmade in the shop's workshop, will open its first store in Hiroo, Minato-ku, Tokyo on November 7.


The menu includes about 15 types of pies, from "dessert pies" that use seasonal fruits such as apple pies to "meal pies" such as meat pies that are filled with meat fillings. With a diameter of 8 cm and a "palm size", you can enjoy the fruits and meat that are packed tightly "so that the layer of puff pastry seems to crack". The price range is 350 to 480 yen (tax included) per piece.


The puff pastry at the store is said to have a "surprisingly crispy texture". The pie, which is baked in a dark and golden color, crumbles when you put it in your mouth, and the mellow scent of butter spreads.


The store is located on the 1st floor of Kosei Hiroo Building, 5-16-6 Minami Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 8:00 to 20:00.
