Draft coffee is iced coffee with foam that is popular mainly in New York. It is finished by pouring nitrogen gas from the server into a glass to create fine bubbles (crema) on the surface of the coffee. It looks like black beer.


I was wondering how much draft coffee I made, so I rented a server and tried it. Then, I was surprised that the taste was completely different from the iced coffee that I usually pour into a glass and drink! What makes coffee on the market so delicious?


First of all, the bubbles are so fine that the mouthfeel is fluffy . It's like a latte in hot coffee. The feel of rolling the tongue is also mellow.

And the fragrance is very good! The foam covers the coffee and traps the aroma, so you can feel the spread of the aroma when you bring it to your mouth.


To use, just set a PET bottle of iced coffee on the server and pour it into a glass using the lever. If you push the lever toward you, coffee will come out, and if you push it back, bubbles will come out. I'm happy that I can adjust the coffee and foam to my liking.
