J.S. BURGERS CAFE will launch four types of "Avocado Menu" on March 8, featuring various arrangements of avocado.

Avoholic Burger

The "Avoholic Burger" includes an "Avocado Aioli Salad" with garlic and ginger, a sweet and spicy "Avocado BBQ Sauté", an "Avocado Fritter" seasoned with black pepper, and a "Avocado Burger" with cumin. Avocado hummus, a paste of avocado and chickpeas with a hint of cumin, are sandwiched into a premium burger bun. The burger is said to be a hearty dish. The price is 1,340 yen (excluding tax).

Burgers Avocado Bomb

The "Burgers Avocado Bomb" is an avocado split in two, filled with tomato paste, cheddar cheese, and ground beef, and fried whole. It is served with lettuce and pickle tartar for dipping. The price is 880 yen.

Smashed Avocado Toast

Smashed Avocado Toast is a salad of whole avocados coarsely mashed with lemon juice and walnuts, topped with whole wheat toast. Toppings include salsa, jalapenos, and pak choi, and the dish is tossed with honey and a half-boiled egg. Price: 920 yen.

A&Bee Shake

The A & B Bee Shake is an avocado shake with vanilla ice cream, honey lemon, and basil as a secret ingredient. It is topped with strawberry & avocado ice cream and blueberry compote. The sweet and sour raspberry sauce accentuates the mild and refreshing taste. The price is 780 yen.
