The second store "SCHMATZ BEER DINING Kanda" of casual beer dining "SCHMATZ" where you can enjoy German beer and "evolutionary" German cuisine will open in Kanda, Tokyo on January 20th.

The menu includes eight types of German draft beer that "Beer Tender" pours from the beer server, as well as German dishes such as sausages and schnitzel on the signature menu. Limited beer that can only be tasted here will also be available.

◆ First of all, toast with Kanda store limited beer

Among the many draft beer menus, the first one I would like you to try is the original craft beer "KANDA KRAFT" limited to the Kanda store. A Kölsch beer with the bitterness of hops and the dryness of malt, with a hint of fruitiness after a heavy bitterness. The price starts from M size 650 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

In addition, a wide variety of sweet beers with a refreshing taste and pale ales with a deep richness are available. The beer party should definitely try and compare them.

The food menu is also unique. "Cotton Candy Pizza" (1,380 yen) is a dish that you can enjoy by putting "cotton candy" on a thin crispy pizza dough called Fulham Kuchen and sprinkling it with ginger and honey sauce. The menu is inspired by the festival town of Kanda.

Sprinkle with sauce, melt cotton candy and eat, and the spicy spiciness of ginger first. Following this, the mellow richness and sweetness of honey will chase after you.

Also, the fluffy cotton candy is topped with pink pepper. Add an accent to your sweet pizza.

In addition, you can enjoy the "German rice style charcuterie board" (1,580 yen), which you can enjoy with plenty of raw ham and salami by smashing the cracker with wood, fried juicy chicken, and sauerkraut tartar. "Evolutionary" German cuisine such as "German tartar fried chicken" (880 yen) with sauce is served.

A biscuit soaked in the fragrant black beer "Huffence Toff", which is also on the drink menu, topped with melted mascarpone cream and topped with cocoa powder.

The biscuits that melt chilly and fluffy are bittersweet and mix with the rich cream in your mouth for a perfect balance.

A pairing set with a porter is also available for 680 yen. If you want to taste German beer to the end while saying 〆, please choose this.
