"Yokohama Fruhlings Fest 2015", which reproduces the German spring festival, will be held at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) for 13 days from April 24th to May 6th.


Yokohama Flurings Fest is an annual event of Golden Week that reproduces the festival "Frulings Fest" that celebrates the arrival of spring in Germany. This time, which is the third time, it will be held in the largest area ever.


The venue consists of three areas: "Food / Drink Area", "Attraction Area", and "Goods & Culture Area".

The food and drink area has a lineup of more than 170 types of menus. More than 80 kinds of beer such as German beer "Raikaim Helweiss", which will be the first landing in Japan, and "Craft beer" in Kanagawa prefecture will be sold, and special dishes of Hamburg port, a sister port of Yokohama port, will also appear for the first time. "Hamburger Panfish", which is made by boiling salmon and cod in mustard sauce, and "Labskaus", which is made by kneading salmon, mashed potatoes, and beets and fried eggs, are offered.

In addition to German sweet bread and sausage, a menu using white asparagus, which is said to be a "vegetable that heralds the arrival of spring" in Germany, will be prepared.


In the attraction area, a road train deformed from the nostalgic "D51 locomotive" runs in the red brick park, a trampoline where you can experience jumps up to 7 m, and a bubble ball that can move around in a special pool in a transparent sphere. It seems that many attractions will be set up.


The event venue is Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Event Plaza Red Brick Park, 1-1-1 Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The holding time is from 11:00 to 21:30 (attraction goods & culture area is from 11:00 to 18:00). Admission is free, and food and drink and attractions are required separately.
