Pancakes created with the image of Valentine's Day are now available at the restaurant "Sarabeth" from New York. Limited menus that vary from store to store will be offered from January 23rd to February 14th. The price is 1,450 yen (tax included).

"Chocolate Explosion" limited to LUMINE Shinjuku and Osaka stores is a special menu called "Chocolate Explosion". Served with whipped cream and raspberry sauce. When you cut the fluffy dough, chocolate and marshmallow melt from the inside, and the moderate sweetness of chocolate and the bitter aroma of the dough spread.

The "Black Forest Pancake", which is limited to the Shinagawa store, is an arrangement of the "Black Forest Cake", which is a chocolate-flavored sponge cake sandwiched with whipped cream and cherries pickled in Kirsch. The cherry sauce with kirsch and whipped cream enhance the bitter taste of the moist baked dough.


The Tokyo store-limited "Melty Chocolate Chip Pancake" is a menu that is made by adding melted chocolate chips to a luxuriously added espresso from the specialty coffee shop "Saruta Hiko Coffee". It is served with a sauce made from Sarabeth's special orange apricot marmalade and a rich chocolate ganache with espresso.
