Pasco (Shikishima Bread) will release "Skyberry Strawberry Melon Bread" and "Amaou Strawberry Steamed Cake" using strawberries on December 1st. Limited to 2 months until January 31, 2017.

Skyberry Strawberry Melonpan is a sweet bread made from strawberry "Skyberry", which Tochigi Prefecture developed over 17 years as a successor to "Tochiotome". A biscuit dough kneaded with skyberry sweetened puree, sandwiched with skyberry strawberry jam and whipped cream with mascarpone.

On the other hand, Amaou Strawberry Steamed Cake is a sweet bread made from Fukuoka Prefecture's strawberry "Amaou", which is large and has a strong sweetness. A steamed cake kneaded with sweetened puree of Amaou and white chocolate is finished with Amaou strawberry jam.

Sales areas are Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, and Shikoku areas.
