This is a premium soft serve ice cream that uses Anno potatoes for all of the soft serve ice cream, sauce, and caramelize. The soft serve ice cream that expresses the taste of roasted sweet potatoes is topped with a sauce that has a sticky sweetness in a Montblanc style. The waffle corn, which has the image of Anno potato skin, is made with salt from Okinawa prefecture to balance the sweetness and saltiness.
