"Yamanashi Prefecture White Peach Parfait" is a parfait made by adding white peach syrup to sweet and sour raspberries with a smooth texture and layering white peach mousse. The finish is topped with plenty of fresh pickled white peach syrup from Yamanashi. It is said that it is a fresh dish that can only be enjoyed this season. The price is 432 yen (tax included, same below).

"Authentic white peach anmitsu using Hakushu famous water home-cooked bean paste" is anmitsu with plenty of fresh cream that combines colorful ingredients such as white peach syrup pickles, home-cooked peach bean paste, and salted beans. Hakushu famous water is used for agar. You can enjoy the luxurious flavors of peach paste, cream, and black honey. The price is 270 yen.
