"Cool macaroons"
The summer-only "Cool Macaron" is on sale from June 6th from the pastry shop Ecole Criolo. The price is 260 yen (tax included).
This is a new type of macaron that does not freeze even when placed in a -20 ° C (68 ° F) freezer. With the uniquely developed cream, you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients with just the right amount of softness right after you take it out of the freezer. There are three flavors: Gaia (caramel & vanilla), mango, and strawberry.
