Five new chocolate sweets such as cakes and seasonal delices will be on sale from June 15th at the Linz Chocolat Cafe.

"Truffle Chocolat Franboise" is a cake made by layering Frangipane dough with Franboise puree, Franboise paste, truffle ganash, and biscuy dough. On the top is Franboise jelly, which has a pleasant texture of seeds. The price is 756 yen (tax included, same below).

"Truffle chocolate orange" is a cake made by layering orange paste and frangipane dough with orange peel, orange paste, truffle ganash, and biscuy dough. The top is topped with orange jelly and confit, which spreads the freshness of citrus fruits. The price is 756 yen.

"Delice Mintha" is a delice (macaron) with a green shell sandwiched between white chocolate ganache. Ganache contains fresh cream scented with mint spirit and essence. It has a refreshing taste with the refreshing sensation of mint in the mellow sweetness of white chocolate. The price is 302 yen. The sale period is from June 15th to July 31st.

"Delice Coconut Exotic" is a yellow shell with coconut fine sandwiched between white chocolate ganache. The ganache contains passion fruit, coconut puree and coconut fine, and you can enjoy a tropical taste. The price is 302 yen. The sale period is from August 1st to September 14th.

"Lindt mousse o chocolate cacao 66%" is a cold chocolate dessert that uses dark chocolate with a cacao content of 66%. Chocolate mousse and caramel-flavored coffee sauce are layered, and whipped cream, dark chocolate cocoa, and cacao powder are topped on top. The price is 680 yen. The sale period is from July 1st to September 30th.
