Potato chips "rafute taste"

At each Ministop store, the potato chips "Rafute Aji" jointly developed with Calbee were released on May 31 (excluding some stores). Limited quantity, estimated price is 150 yen (tax included). It will be sold at Ministop at the "Okinawa Fair" which will be held from June 1st to 20th.

These are potato chips that are inspired by the taste of Okinawan cuisine "rafute", which is made by boiling pork ribs (three pieces of meat) in soy sauce, sugar, and awamori. It is characterized by the sweet and spicy soy sauce and the delicious taste of pork. It seems that the strong seasoning goes well with the thick-cut "crispy" texture.

In addition, by adding ginger powder and chili pepper to the secret flavor, it is said that it has a refreshing aftertaste that is perfect for early summer.
