There are many foods such as gyoza, spring rolls, and shumai that are wrapped in grain skin. Mexican food "burrito" is one of them. It is a dish that is eaten by wrapping ingredients in a lightly baked bread "tortilla" made from wheat flour. You can easily buy it at convenience stores in Japan, so many of you should know it.

Most of the wrapped ingredients are dietary items such as sausages, cheese, and tomatoes. I wish I had a sweets burrito ... So this time I made a tiramisu style burrito.

Is it really like tiramisu?

An elegant taste with the sweetness of rich mascarpone cheese and Oreo, plus the slight bitterness of latte. It is a full-fledged tiramisu-style sweet that you can't imagine just mixing.

Half of a tiramisu-style burrito in my hand

Since the tortillas are powdered, they are more delicious than I expected. The tortillas are chewy, the crushed oreo is crispy, and the mascarpone cheese is thick and you can enjoy various textures.

You can eat it with one hand!

A simple tiramisu-style burrito that simply mixes and wraps the ingredients. If you put too much ingredients on the tortillas, they will stick out from the side when you wrap them, so the point is to put enough to feel that it is a little small. It's easy to eat with one hand, so it's a good idea to take it with you for leisure. This time I used a commercially available tortilla to make the recipe easier, but it might be fun to make it from the dough.
