From the confectionery brand "WA / BI / SA" developed by Yoku Moku, "Summer Ice (Mushroom Koori)" will be released on May 20th, where you can enjoy freezing as much as you want to eat when you want. Limited time until August 31st (planned).

Summer ice is a sherbet that can be stored at room temperature. After freezing the portion you want to eat in the freezer for 12 hours or more, thaw it at room temperature for about 10 minutes to make it "ready to eat". You can enjoy it as it is, or you can arrange it with yogurt, milk, or condensed milk.


There are three flavors, "standard shaved ice". The lineup includes sweet and sour "strawberry", refreshing taste "lemon", and mellow scent and mellow taste "melon". Both are made in two layers by adding milk flavor to the taste of the fruit itself.


The price of each item is 345 yen, 5 pieces is 1,728 yen, and 8 pieces is 2,764 yen (tax included).
