Piano chocolate has been loved for many years as a dessert representing the French restaurant "Crown" on the 6th floor of the hotel. This time, Sweets & Deli will also start selling so that you can enjoy it at home on important anniversaries.

The piano chocolate, which looks like a real grand piano, is a two-layer mousse made with carefully selected hazelnut caramelized janduja and smooth milk chocolate. The delicate legs that support the keyboard and piano are all expressed in chocolate. It is said that you can enjoy the mellow taste and elegant sweetness that reminds you of "a mellow piano tone".

The size is vertical 14 x horizontal 9.5 x height 7.5 cm. As it is a complete reservation system, it is necessary to make a reservation at least 3 days before purchase.
